How to characterise your assets - EAGE workshop paper

Coming up in February, our Interpretation Practice Manager, Glen Burridge, will be presenting a paper at EAGE's Petroleum Play Assessment workshop in Malaga of a novel strategic asset characterisation and technical risk mitigation methodology developed by NDB.

The paper, co-authored with Principal Consultant, Peter Raymant, is one we envisage applicable across the Upstream sector to aid in portfolio management, A&D, prospect de-risking and resource fit.

The Malaga presentation will focus specifically on its application to Exploration projects and feature not only a discussion of its theoretical basis, but provide real-life examples. The tri-axial plotting of assets is key:
